Over my 3 month hiatus, I went to the doctor…(for the first time in a while, I’ll admit! 🤭) While normally my blood pressure is on the low side, this time it was a tad too high. The doctor had me take my blood pressure at home 2x a day for a month to make sure I didn’t need medication. I also realized I wasn’t eating properly for my body, so, I changed my diet.
