Spiritual Nutrition

What is spiritual nutrition? There is a great article on just this topic at Carla Golden Wellness. Essentially, spiritual nutrition is the belief that the food you eat affects the mental, physical and spiritual body. While I do share this belief, my personal definition of spiritual nutrition adds to this and includes meditation, prayer, music or basically anything that feeds the soul, physically heals  the body and relaxes the mind, as does meditation, yoga and inspirational thinking.

On this page, you’ll find inspiration, meditation, yoga and music, to nourish your soul, heal you body and relax your mind.

On the Meditation page, you’ll find 4 different meditations, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes in length.

On the Inspiration page, I will periodically post inspirational videos. If you have a video you’d like to share, please Contact me and let me know.

On the Music page, I’ll occasionally post inspirational music videos. Once again, If you have a video or music you’d like to share, Contact me and let me know.

On the Non-Profit Organizations page, is a list of my daily inspiration blogs, highlighting different, little known non-profits.
