Today’s video is with Jeanne Robertson, a former Miss North Carolina and Physical Education teacher, who is now a humorist and motivational speaker. If you’ve never heard her speak before, you’re in for a treat. In today’s video, she talks about when her husband, who she calls “Left Brain”, went to the grocery store for her. About a year ago, I posted an article about the benefits of laughing. Yes, other than being just plain fun, laughing has actual health benefits:

  2. Protects the heart
