In this video, Dr. Berg tells us the top 9 mistakes to avoid when doing a keto diet. Number 4 is a pet peeve of mine – “omitting vegetables”. This is a HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake, and Dr. Berg explains why in this video. He recommends 7 – 10 cups of vegetables every day. Since really delving into this keto world, I’ve seen a disturbing trend and discovered the dark side of keto – AKA-dirty keto. I’ll be writing a post on this later, but suffice it to say, it’s basically zero carb keto, which is high in protein, which can be dangerous. Please people EAT YOUR VEGGIES!
