I grew up eating delicious German food, cooked lovingly by my amazing Grandmother. This week, I’ll be highlighting some wonderful recipes from this wonderful part of the world.

Now that we’ve had the main meal, it’s time for dessert, and this one looks absolutely amazing! How could we not end the week, with a dessert literally meant for ROYALTY!

Here’s the recipe:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tsp. gelatin
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
