How could I have a week of German food, without Saurerbraten? It’s probably the most famous meat dish from this beautiful country. As stated in the video below, this recipe takes planning, as you marinade the meat for 5 – 10 days (thus the name – SAUERbraten) The videos come in two parts: marinade and cooking/gravy.
