I love avocado, but my better half does not. I’d like to try and incorporate this healthy fruit into our daily diet, but I’ll have to get creative. Why do I want to incorporate it? - THE FAT HELPS ABSORB OTHER NUTRIENTS
- The vitamins A, D, E, and K, are called “Fat soluble”. This means you need to consume fat at the same time, in order to properly absorb them. The fat in avocados will do just that.
- CONTAIN EYE PROTECTING ANTI-OXIDANTS
- Avocados contain the following nutrients needed for eye health: lutein and zeaxanthin
