I use avocado and black beans to make the best brownies. You’d never know there wasn’t flour in them. Sounds strange, I know, but the taste is nothing short of divine. I am glad to live in CA, where avocados are affordable. I go through 3+ a week.

I did post an avocado brownie recipe this past week. However, I’ve not heard of the combo with black beans. I’ll have to try it sometime. Thank you for the suggestion. 😊

I found the link: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/healthy-flourless-black-bean-avocado-brownies-vegan-and-gluten-free/ If you aren’t vegan, you can just use an egg and you can use or omit the chips…I’ve done it both ways.
