I’m glad I saw this. I happen to be reading “A Mind of Your Own” by Kelly Brogan, MD with Kristin Loberg. It’s very detailed on how to cleanse yourself from inflammatory foods, gluten and dairy for 30 days, while eating healthy, and then trading out inflammatory foods for anti-inflammatory foods. The body having too much inflammation (causes of various diseases) is why we run to the doctor, end up on drugs for the symptoms and then have induced side effect issues. The answer IS what you are eating in the first place (root problem) causing the symptoms to a disease-thus avoiding drugs or weaning off and being healthier & happier. I can’t wait to finish the book.

Your welcome. It’s geared to depression, but also points out other illnesses, and how withdrawal from antidepressants are the same as initial diagnosis…(therefore stressing your body even more).
