April 10, 2018 – And it begins

In case anyone is interested….I will be keeping a personal journal of my progress during my 3 month sabbatical and journey back to health. I decided to use my other blog as my personal journal, instead of writing in a paper journal. That way, it will be my accountability as well. This journal isn’t meant to be a blog, but more of a public journal/diary. Keeping a journal during weight loss is an integral part of sticking with the goals and plan. I hope you join me on My Walk in the Woods as I begin my adventure. (BTW, this is the final post on this blog until July 9, 2018)

  1. Sometimes you have to just step back and do what is right for you so that you can help others. Kind of like the oxygen mask on the airplane. I wish you well during your sabbatical and will be following you on your walk in the woods. I hope you can do that physically as well as metaphorically.

  2. That’s a courageous move, making it public! As well as upping the ante of keeping to the program. Good luck !
