The above quote, from the ancient Hindu text the Upanishads, is almost mind boggling in it’s accuracy and relevance to today’s society, as well as food choices. We have access to any type of food…food to heal and make us strong and agile in our old age with sharp focused minds…or we have food that destroys us, making us grow old before our time, lose our minds to depression, mental illness or dementia and die young, from chronic disease. The choice is your’s. What’s it going to be?

Both these women are 80 years old. Your daily choices determine how your future will unfold.

  1. Your timing is perfect! Thank you for the follow and the information on your blog. I haven’t gone through everything, but between the repeat sinus infections, the flu, and bronchitis for the past few months, I feel like I truly need to do something drastic.
