There is a magnet in your heart that will attract true friends. That magnet is unselfishness, thinking of others first, when you learn to live for others, they will live for you. ~ Paramahansa Yogananda
As a society, I think this is an important point. We won’t find happiness and close friends through selfish materialism. It is through selfless acts, random kindness and generosity, that we, ourselves, reach eternal happiness. What we give out, will always come back to us, both good and bad. This means giving up something we may want, in favor of what a friend wants. It means never gossiping, or judging. Simply being a friend, being kind, being generous….being selfless.

For me, the name Purple Almond symbolizes “Good, nutritious, whole food bringing light and life to the body, awakening the inherent healing mechanisms within.”
