Here are 8 MEDICALLY based (scientifically proven) reasons  to eat coconut

The best way to use coconut oil is to simply use it for cooking, in place of any other cooking oil, especially super unhealthy vegetable oil. Here are a few other ways to use it:

  • Put it in smoothies
  • On toast in stead of butter
  • Mix it in oatmeal
  • Use it to make popcorn – then put it on top, instead of butter!
  • Make your grilled cheese with it, instead of butter!
  • Make salad dressing/mayo
  • Mix it with sugar for a body scrub
  • Face moisturizer
  • Leave-in overnight conditioner – spread in hair and wash out in the morning
  • Season your cast iron pans
  • Feed it to your pets

  1. i already intake 1 coconut a day abe ideal 20 annd it works miracle i have some infection and inflammation problem with increased esr 77 and ige 354 which should be idealy esr 20-29 in women and 150 in adult both are responsible for infectious disease or some sort of infection in body,thanks for recollectiong my assurance in this wonderfull magic fruit.everyone must follow this usefull tip,thanks for the knowledge and letting us know more benifits of healthy coconut will surely continue to have it daily,and include in my rouitne and i suggest all to do the same,thanks again for the information. 🙂


    1. Sorry for the delayed reply. I’ve been on a leave of absence and am currently getting caught up. I’m so glad to have helped. Coconut oil often gets a bad rap. It’s good to remind ppl every once in a while.
