i already intake 1 coconut a day abe ideal 20 annd it works miracle i have some infection and inflammation problem with increased esr 77 and ige 354 which should be idealy esr 20-29 in women and 150 in adult both are responsible for infectious disease or some sort of infection in body,thanks for recollectiong my assurance in this wonderfull magic fruit.everyone must follow this usefull tip,thanks for the knowledge and letting us know more benifits of healthy coconut will surely continue to have it daily,and include in my rouitne and i suggest all to do the same,thanks again for the information. 🙂
