Who doesn’t love chocolate? I think we all like a good chocolate fix on occasion. However, the chocolate you eat bears little resemblance to proper chocolate, AKA- Raw Cacao (Pronounced Ka-Ka-o). Proper, raw cacao powder is considered a superfood. Now don’t rush out and buy a bunch of chocolate bars. The chocolate in candy bars has been heated, processed and refined ruining many of the health benefits, not to mention TONS of sugar added to the candy. Proper raw cacao powder has many health benefits, such as:

  1. Elevates mood
  2. Protects the heart
  3. Thins the blood
  4. Prevents premature aging
  5. Helps to shed fat
  6. Combats fatigue
  7. Healthy hair and nails
  8. Shields the skin (from the sun)
  9. Healthy skin
