Spinach Berry Smoothie
- 1 banana (frozen) (Or add 4 or 5 ice cubes)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup liquid (see recipe note below)
- 1 cup spinach (fresh)
- 1-2 tablespoons of flax seed
Blend together in a good blender and drink up!
