Spinach Berry Smoothie

  • 1 banana (frozen) (Or add 4 or 5 ice cubes)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup liquid (see recipe note below)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of flax seed

Blend together in a good blender and drink up!
