The chemistry, physics, biology, math, etc to discover just the right amount of SALT, SUGAR AND FAT to reach the “bliss point”, or the point that makes you continue to eat, and eat, and eat, and eat…even when you’re body tells you ENOUGH!
This video is based on the book SALT SUGAR, FAT by Michael Moss. In this book, Mr. Moss gives you the inside scoop into just what happens in the board rooms and the labs of food manufacturing companies.
I believe they did the same thing in the tobacco industry! ☹️☹️
