This one is difficult, especially in our difficult world. But, if we can learn to set our hate and resentment aside, just think of the peaceful world we’d have. A bit idealistic, I know. But, it’s nice to think about.
I’m working on identifying and naming my resentments and fears right now. It’s rough but I know that I have to pierce that painful before the healing can take place.
Resentment, like regret, like anger, like fear, is something to be felt, noted for its lesson, and released. Easy? No, but worth the practice.

I don’t feel resentment. I have felt anger and rage and hate but I don’t allow myself to feel it for long.
