How to move a mountain…The Power of Kindness

Continuing on with my new Friday series, I am reposting an article I wrote in December, 2016, just one month after I got my blog up and running.

Here’s the main article:

This blog is a continuation of my previous blog: The Kindness Boomerang. The video below is a Ted Talks video of Orly Wahba. She is the maker of “The Kindness Boomerang” film and founder of the organization Life Vests Inside.

For more information go to: Life Vest Inside

Okay, I’m taking a bit of a risk with this one. You see, the video is on the long side, 21 minutes. But, I can tell you, it’s worth your time. I was hooked from the first seconds. She is a great speaker, with a wonderful story and exceptional message, which is fitting for this holiday season. If I reach just one person with Orly’s message it will be worth it.

“Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects.” ~ Dalai Lama

Do me a favor, if you do watch the whole video, from beginning to end, leave me a comment below and let me know your thoughts. I’d love to know what you think.

So, grab a cup of coffee, sit back, relax and listen to Orly tell her story…and find out how to move a mountain.  Then, go out and spread a little kindness.
