One Minute Recipes: Cooking with kids ~ Carrot Oatmeal Cookies

Here’s a great little cookie recipes…

HOWEVER,

I’d like to make a few ingredient changes:

  • Use Coconut oil instead of vegetable oil
  • Use raw sugar or coconut sugar in place of white sugar
  • Use Cassava flour (or your favorite GF flour) in place of wheat flour.

That’s it! ENJOY!!
