We all know that Yoga is a wonderful way to exercise, strengthen muscles, gain flexibility and unwind after a long day, but, have you thought about asking your kids to join in with you?

Yoga is an awesome and relaxing way to de-stress,  detoxify and get in shape. According to the Yoga Journal, not only does yoga improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve posture, it also:

  • boosts immunity

  • regulates the adrenal glands
  • lowers blood sugar
  • maintains nervous system
  • improves lung function
