Feel Good Friday: #SharetheJoy

On my daily morning walks, I often listen to audio books. I am currently listening to a book by two great spiritual leaders, The Dalai Lama and Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu. These two men got together for five days to discuss something very important, JOY! The result, with the help of author Douglas Abrams, is the phenomenal book titled THE BOOK OF JOY: LASTING HAPPINESS TO CHANGE THE WORLD. I haven’t yet finished it, but it’s interesting listening as these two holy men discuss different aspects of joy. They don’t always agree, but in the end, they both agree to the importance of having Joy in our lives, and where it should come from, INSIDE OURSELVES.

Below I’ve rounded up four videos about the book and a few important aspects from the book itself.
