  2. I did not know this. I assume big stores do that. but what about the little shops around town? Would it be insulting to ask them?

    Yet another reason I’m glad I’ve been vegetarian my whole life

    • Yes, I understand. I tried to be a vegetarian at one time, but, couldn’t do it. I have a very restricted diet, and taking out meat was just too much. I applaud your strength. 🙂

        Ah I see. It could be tough if you have additional restrictions. I’m actually lacto-veg (but nobody knows what that means.) Basically I just don’t eat eggs on top of meat and fish. I suppose that’s a good thing because I can’t have too many pastries? Lol.

  4. I had no clue! I feel all these chemicals they now put in our foods is a huge reason so many people are diagnosed with so many diseases and immune disorders. Knowledge is POWER, so thank you for educating me!
