Herb Roasted Tomato Soup – add pickles


Who doesn’t love a steaming bowl of hot tomato soup on a cold winter day? This wonderful, creamy VEGAN tomato soup recipe was developed by Lindsay at Add Pickles. Lindsay developed this recipe to support her SIBO diet (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). Instead of cream or milk, which is highly allergenic and irritating to the gut, this recipe uses cashews.
