Creamy Asparagus Soup with Two Garnishes/ Blackberry-Eating in Late September

A delightful and healthy soup, which could use gluten free croutons. I highly recommend using Mineral Broth in place of the water in this recipe, to add to the vitamin and mineral content. Bone Broth would also be an excellent substitute for the water.

  1. That looks so delicious! Asparagus is probably my favorite veggie. When I was a kid we’d always have it canned and I remember hating it. But now that I’ve had it fresh and got to play around with recipes and cooking it, it’s one of my go-to’s. Because I’m keto, I may substitute the croutons for something else. But that looks amazing!
