My results: Before I send you to the main recipe I wanted to give you my thoughts. The coconut over powers the lemon rendering these a bit bland. I recommend cutting coconut flour to 1 cup and adding 1/2 cup almond flour. Perhaps increase lemon juice to 1/2 cup. You may need to increase tapioca a bit as well to compensate for the extra liquid.
