Daily Inspiration: 5 Steps to Happiness

The Dalai Lama, was born as Lhamo Thondup, in Taktser, Tibet on July 6, 1935. He is currently the 14th Dalai Lama, in straight succession, of people to hold that title. He is the  head of the order of Gelugpa Buddhism and Tibetan political leader.

If you’ve ever seen photos or television interviews of the Dalai Lama, most likely, he is smiling. Listening to him talk, hearing his infectious laugh and seeing his beautiful smile always inspires me, makes me happy and brings a smile to my own face.

So, what is the secret to happiness, according to His Holiness, the Dalai Lama? I have found a video showcasing 5 clips with him, speaking on finding inner peace and happiness.
