Oatmeal is an all time classic breakfast food. It’s a wonderful and healthy whole food carbohydrate, high in fiber, and helps curb appetite…not to mention it’s very easy to prepare. Most of the time, however, we think of it as a sweet food, with fruit, nuts, sugar, syrup and honey.
