Aspartame Use Surges in Children’s Drinks

I'm not sure what to even say about this article. If you are drinking or eating "sugar-free" items. I urge you to stop. I will be going into artificial sweeteners in a future blog. For now, know this, Aspartame is what's known as an "excitotoxin".  This means that it causes nerve cell death by excessive stimulation by neurotransmitters.

If you are interested in learning more about the damage caused by Aspartame, MSG and similar substances, I have included a lecture given by Dr. Russel Blaylock, author of the book Excitotoxins-The Taste That Kills. Fair warning: this video is a full length video (1:06:41) But, if you are interested in learning more about Aspartame and other excitotoxins, Dr. Blaylock is the expert in the field.

If you aren’t interested in watching an hour long video, (which I completely understand 🙂 ) here is the original article from Dr. Joseph Mercola, regarding the use of Aspartame in children’s drinks.
