Meditation Monday: The Butterfly – Kids’ Meditation

Today’s Meditation Monday is geared toward kids. Meditation has several benefits for kids** including:

  1. Higher IQ
  2. Lower academic stress
  3. Better grades
  4. Improved focus
  5. Lower depression and anxiety
  6. Lower addiction and destructive behaviors
  7. Less missed school
  8. Improved health
  9. Happier
  10. Improved brain function

Today’s meditation is short, 7:14 and a perfect way to introduce kids to the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
