I’ve struggled with food, eating, dieting and nutrition for years, like most people. As humans, we make it very difficult. Should it be fat-free or sugar-free  or high-fat or low-fat or low-carb or no-carb or high-protein or vegan?   2. Too true!! Unfortunately, too many people are still falling for gimmicky diets, fads and unsustainable weightloss practices. The truth is, great fitness and health (relatively speaking) require a lifestyle shift in both mind and body.
