The crust consists of nuts and dates. Along with the purple potatoes, the filling includes typical sweet potato spices, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, lemon juice, salt and, the only sweetener, maple syrup.
Purple sweet potatoes are awesome and incredibly healthy. According to Health Fame, among other things, purple sweet potatoes contain 238% of the RDA for vitamin A.
