The recipes are all gluten and dairy free. The sweetener in the recipes are either stevia, maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar. There are many fun and clever recipes.   1. What a yummy treat! I agree – going GF and DF is an easy switch for baking. I find cupcakes and cookies are even better than the traditional butter and cream recipies.
