In part 2 of what I decided would be a series of blogs on “how to eat healthy.” I have gathered together 5 videos. In these videos you’ll learn: better ways to distinguish whole foods from processed/refined food, how much sugar is actually in that “low fat” fruit yogurt you eat, secrets of the food industry, ways to incorporate whole food into your diet and how to read labels.
